The grand opening of District X Food Bank will be on Monday. I am thinking of having a little celebration (cupcakes mostly) to recognize this achievement on Sunday at the mansion. It started out with an idea after seeing the buildings for save back last year. Now, it is a reality.
I have the food donors, website is up and running, volunteers are in order, my uncle has been working on setting up contacts and spreading the word among those in need that we are indeed opening.
