X-Project is an X-Men movieverse RPG on Livejournal. Set after X2, we've been running since May 2003 and use a combination of in-character journals and email/IM logs. There's a number of settings for a range of play, whatever your preference, and while we accept new characters we strongly encourage people to adopt one of our orphans.

I have a taco truck and ice cream truck coming by for everybody at the mansion this Saturday for two hours starting at noon. Already paid for, so please eat up. Drinks of both the adult and kid kind will be available as well. Bring friends. It is my birthday gift to you all.

I want to try something a little different this year in regards to volunteering. So I've partnered with my Uncle Mike to start a giving tree. I've a few names of mutant children and what they would like for Christmas on a small Christmas tree outside Molly and I suite. (I know a little early for a tree, but since it is for a good cause).

If you do decide to participate, please wrap the gift and tape the name card on the present and put it in the bin next to the tree. I'll be making trips to drop off the gifts to the church.

Also, if you have any clothes that you no longer need and are looking to donate, we are still accepting those as well.


And of course, volunteering at both soup kitchen and the food pantry are both welcome to all. I am happy to report the food pantry is doing well and really has kicked off this year since its opening late last year. It has fed hundreds of families already.

College Graduate Unlocked. No more classes. All that is left is to walk across the stage this Spring.

I am astonished at the amount of people and families that has been affected by this food bank since it opened two months ago. This isn't like most food banks that just distribute the foods to other charities, but we actually give directly to families that need them.

Again, thank you to everyone who has volunteered. And since you guys rock so much, I have a surprise for each of you. I have left the envelopes for you downstairs in the kitchen. Also,, I have ordered delicious cupcakes! Volunteers first and then the rest of the mansion is welcome to have some.

District X Food Bank had its first week and it has been a success. The word is getting out there. Thanks to everyone for helping thus far.

And extra plug, my uncle soup kitchen always needs the help. There has been a slight increase in people there. That is a little troubling for me.

The Food Bank will operational in a month. I am super excited! Just putting the final pegs in places.

Not busy on Christmas Eve or Christmas day? Need volunteers for the soup kitchen. There is a new rule as well, don't touch anyone without gloves. I am not going to let it happen again.

Don't want to work the soup kitchen? I will need help handing out presents to the kids.

Does anyone have ideas how to get zombie smell off your clothes? It's been almost a week.

Are coming up again. I have tickets, to all locations. New York, France, Milan, and London. I have quite a few and I don't want anything in return, only that you enjoy yourselves. Also if you are into those after parties, let me know. I have a friend who can get you on the guest list.
